I don’t have any recipes from tonights dinner because everything I made was just to taste but man I really out did myself with these fish taco’s.  The fish filets were from Gardein and they are really tasty.  I’ve made them before and made a homemade tarter sauce to go with them and while that was amazing as well, tonight I was in the mood for cumin and spiciness!

The following are the ingredients I used for the sauces.  I made the original sauce and then made two other sauces from the original sauce with a little bit of different flavor profile.

Original Sauce

1 package silken tofu
lots of cumin
fresh lime juice
red wine vinegar
garlic powder
onion powder
salt

Mix all of the ingredients and tasting and adjusting the ingredients until you are happy with the flavor

Chipotle Sauce

I used the original sauce and added chipotle tobasco sauce to it to the desired flavor

Siracha Sauce

I used the original sauce and added siracha sauce to it to the desired flavor
