
Banana Oatmeal Balls
Makes 12 Balls
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2 very ripe banana’s
1 cup Oats
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 TBSP cocoa (can omit if you don’t want a chocolate flavor)
6 tsp. low fat shredded coconut
Mix the banana’s in a small to medium size bowl, add the oats, vanilla, and peanut butter. Stir unitl very well combined. Roll into bite sized balls and roll in the shredded coconut. Place onto a non stick cookie sheet or a cookie
sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 10-12 minutes.
